Biker's pants

I almost forgot to include a small post about an incredible textural piece of "fabric" I saw (and photographed) at Manifest Discs and Tapes. I took Alex there to purchase a ticket to Sunday's hardcore show at Headliner's. A biker was standing in front of us in line. I asked to photograph his pants. Alex nearly died when I opened my mouth; he'd been elbowing me to keep quiet. The biker, however, was quite thrilled that I really liked the look and quite willing posed for the pictures. He said he'd worn these pants, putting them back together from time to time, every day for the past six years. There were certainly wonderful to look at; but, after that news, I resisted touching them!
